From Young Ones Finalist  to Cannes Lions Shortlist

2018’s Young Ones social brief was to create an innovated idea that raised awareness of the opioid overdose risk while reducing the stigma associated with it. We decided awareness wasn’t enough, and came up with the “Safe Use Syringe”.
A few years later, the Bloc contacted us to see if they could take our idea and make it a reality.

We obviously said yes. And the result—the Overdose Stopper made in partnership with the Washington Heights Corner Project—was shortlisted for Innovation: Early Stage Technology as well as Outdoor: Market Disruption.
